1. Who you are contracting with

The Carevoro platform at carevoro.com is operated by Carevoro. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Carevoro. If you accept these terms on behalf of an organisation (for example a care community or operator), you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation. If you are using Carevoro as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing the site, submitting a care enquiry, creating a provider account, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. Continued use after we update these terms means you accept the updated version.

3. What Carevoro provides

Carevoro is a senior care discovery and matching platform. We publish information about senior living and care communities, generate AI-assisted match scores and care reports, and connect families with providers. Providers may purchase listing, verification, featured placement and lead products.

Carevoro is not a licensed medical provider, care agency or placement agency, and does not provide medical, legal, financial or clinical advice. Community details, pricing and availability are provided by operators and public sources and may change — always confirm directly with the community.

4. Accounts and accurate information

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate, current information about yourself, your organisation and any community you list, and keep it up to date.
• You must notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised use of your account.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

• use Carevoro for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law or regulation;
• submit fraudulent, deceptive or spam enquiries, listings, reviews or lead claims;
• infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any person;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the service, including introducing malware, probing or penetration testing, bypassing technical limits, or scraping or bulk-harvesting listings or contact data;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service or its data except as expressly permitted;
• misuse family enquiry data for any purpose other than responding to that family's care enquiry.

6. Licence and intellectual property

Carevoro retains all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the software, match scoring, content, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have selected.

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as community descriptions, photos and enquiry details) and grant Carevoro a limited licence to host, display and process that content solely to provide and promote the service. You confirm you have the rights to any content you upload.

7. Payments, billing and subscriptions

Carevoro is the seller of all plans offered on this site. Our order process is operated by Stripe, which processes payments and handles billing, applicable taxes, invoicing, receipts, refunds and payment-related customer support on our behalf. Charges may appear on your statement as LINK.COM* CAREVORO.

Payment, billing, currency, applicable taxes, renewals, cancellations and refunds are processed through Stripe and are also subject to the Stripe Services Consumer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically for the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. See our Refund Policy for refund details.

8. Service level

We work hard to keep Carevoro available, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that match scores, care reports or listing data will be complete or accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, in whole or in part, where:

• you materially breach these terms;
• payment is overdue or a chargeback is raised;
• we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse or a security risk;
• you repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable use rules.

On termination your listing and dashboard access end. You may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which we may delete or anonymise it in line with our Privacy Notice.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carevoro is not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is capped at the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Carevoro is not responsible for the care, conduct, licensing or availability of any community or care provider listed on the platform. Your arrangements with a provider are between you and that provider.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Carevoro against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from content you submit, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

12. General

• You may not assign your rights under these terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition or reorganisation.
• Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law says otherwise.
